Glad you asked! First, you’ll connect with the People team to break the ice and tell us more about yourself (15-30 mins). Then you’ll meet with someone from the department to further explore your fit for the role (45-60 mins). Depending on the role, there may also be an assignment where we ask you to put those skills into action. Finally, we’ll set up a casual meet and greet with the team. We want you to see firsthand how awesome our quantilopers are.

The whole process usually takes around 2-4 weeks, though it can vary slightly depending on the specific role. We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. Your patience is appreciated – thanks!

Long story short…we’re flexible! We have both fully remote and hybrid jobs, though it depends on the role and location. Our hybrid approach is all about flexibility, teams figure out when to meet up in the office and how often.
